Welcome to our old family stone house! It was recently renovated and is fully equiped and furnished for your pleasent stay. It is situated in a quiet historical area in Preko, surrounded by typical Dalmatian stone houses and olive gardens. The town centre is 5 minutes walking distance, where you can find many shops, bars and restaurants. Nearest beach is also 5 min away on foot. You can relax, eat, drink or just chill at the open space dining area in the yard with bbq grill.<\/p>\n\n\n

About this space<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur holiday house has two floors. On the ground floor there is kitchen (dishwasher, stove top, fridge, oven, cofee machine, dishes, cutlery, etc.), bathroom and living room with TV (with more than 100 TV and radio channels).

There is available free unlimited access to internet connection.\nUpstairs there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and another one with three single beds (which can be rearranged as needed) and one toilet. As well as on the ground floor, each room is equipped with air condition unit with heating options for the winter time.\n
The yard is surrounded with the garden where you can pick up some fruits ( figs, plumes, medlars, etc.) depending on the season. There is also a small herbal garden with parsley, basile, rosemary, lavander, which you can use when preparing your meals. This space is great for families and small children who likes to play outside because there is no traffic around..<\/p>\nGuest access\nParking space is provided for the car near the property.\n

ABOUT PREKO<\/h3>\n\n

Preko is a village and a municipality in Zadar County, Croatia. It is situated, as the name suggests, opposite of Zadar, on the island of Ugljan. Its old centre consists of typical Dalmatian architecture with numerous patrician family summer houses.<\/p>

Preko has 1286 inhabitants, it is the transport and administrative centre of the island Ugljan. Marina Preko is located in the centre of the town, near all restaurants, shops, the marketplace, the infirmary, the pharmacy, the post office, etc. Marina Preko offers annual berth, winter berth, monthly berth and daily berth. There are modern sanitary facilities in the marina, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, assistance with docking and undocking, as well as with administrative operations related to vessels. On the east side of Preko, near the ferry dock, is the Romanesque Church of St. John from the 11th century, and in the centre of the town is the early Christian Church of Our Lady of the Rosary.\n\n\nDue to the accompanying bays, islands and rich undersea, it is a real challenge for divers and sport fishermen. The undulating plateau in the central part of the island is streaked with tens of kilometres of hiking and biking trails, and the colours, scents and panorama are an unforgettable picture for every passer-by.
